Kempinski Hotel Suzhou

This is an amazing place that, for some reason, flies under the radar. The room is palatial, the grounds are amazing and the breakfast just world-class. Some staff are fantastic. Keith deserves a particular mention. Thanks!

Lovely facility and location, hotel is located in the city but surrounded by lakes and forests, very peaceful, great place for visiting with babies/toddler, there is a nice grass area to play, outdoor playground, indoor playground.

German restaurant

The hotel area was huge, it has a nice garden by the lake and you can walk around it. The hotel is also very clean and staff were very friendly.
